Bob Piechnik is a seasoned client advisor with over four decades of experience guiding organizations and senior executives in achieving strategic business objectives. As a Client Advisor at CXG, he provides guidance on broker-dealer applications, ownership structures, and the outsourcing of principal resources, helping clients navigate complex operational and regulatory decisions.
Prior to joining CXG, Bob held senior leadership roles across global organizations including Maximus, DXC Technology, Atos, NTT Data, Accenture, and HP Enterprise Services. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale sales and consulting initiatives across healthcare, life sciences, and government sectors, consistently driving revenue growth and delivering high-impact solutions. Most recently, as Vice President of Sales at Maximus, he led state government health and human services sales efforts, contributing to more than $2 billion in annual sales while rebuilding go-to-market strategy and team performance.
Bob earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stony Brook University and is recognized for his leadership, strategic insight, and ability to drive sustained value for both organizations and clients.
He is based out of CXG’s headquarters on Long Island, New York.
