Bruce Rae is a seasoned financial professional with over two decades of experience driving growth and client engagement across middle-market enterprises. As a Senior Consultant at Mill Street Research, he leveraged a deep understanding of financial products and strategic initiatives to deliver measurable results-most recently improving client satisfaction and engagement by near triple digits. Prior to his tenure at Mill Street, Bruce was a Senior Vice President at BCP Securities, where he led equity and convertible trading operations across the U.S. and Europe, and founded the International/Retail Convertible Trading Desk.

A Hobart College graduate, Bruce is FINRA-licensed (Series 7, 24, 63) and recognized for his leadership, analytical acumen, and ability to foster long-term relationships.

Beyond his professional career, Bruce is a founding member of the Pacific Street House in Stamford, CT, which has provided housing and employment to over 100 individuals.
