Isaac Lee is a Junior Acquisition Specialist at Compliance Exchange Group (CXG) that brings a multifaceted skill set to his role. Mr. Lee holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a Securities Law Program certificate from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, endorsing him as a specialist. His diverse legal experience, gained through roles as a law clerk across multiple firms, spans litigation in family law, torts, estates, consumer protection, information privacy, and the RICO Act; it also encompasses proficiency in transactional aspects such as regulatory compliance with the National Futures Association (NFA), securities, commodities, acquisitions, banking, and digital assets.

Prior to joining CXG, Mr. Lee co-founded and expanded a state-of-the-art dental milling laboratory, overseeing its growth to two locations. Beyond his legal and business pursuits, Mr. Lee holds Bachelor (B.M.) and Master (M.M.) degrees in Classical Guitar Performance from the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University. Mr. Lee won first place at an international guitar competition, premiered as a featured chamber artist at the Kennedy Center, and performed for audiences in the United States and Poland. Fluent in Korean, Mr. Lee’s well-rounded background spans law, business, and music, offering a distinct and comprehensive perspective to his role at CXG.
